I work with high school teachers and local organizations to bring yogic practices to teens in a variety of settings and I would love to work with you too! If you are a teacher, parent or organization leader and want to learn how we can work together, contact me!

Topics I may include in class are (but not limited to):
Children will move, dance, sing, and learn yoga through play!
I use stories and adventures to introduce simple yoga shapes to our youngest learners, planting a seed of mindfulness and exploration! This class would be suitable for preschool aged children.
Please leave your expectations of “best behavior” at the door and allow yourself and your child to come as you are, moving in a way that connects with their energy level each day! This is really an opportunity for you to move and play with your child and see the world through their eyes!
Topics I may include in class are (but not limited to):
Bring your own mats (if possible) and dress comfortably. I do have a few mats to share, so let me know if you would like to use one!
Reach out with any questions you may have and I look forward to seeing you and your child on the mat!
