Embracing the quiet of midwinter, you are invited to lean into soft stillness to replenish and nourish your being in this 2-night getaway in the heart of the Buchanan State Forest.
Join mindful yoga teachers Gretchen, of Peace in the Pause and Kirsten, of Kiss of Yoga, for a weekend of intentionality, grounded restoration, embodied self-compassion, and heart-space nourishment through gentle Yoga Asana, Yoga Nidra, Loving-Kindness Meditations, Wooded Wanders and Connective Community.
While these activities may draw you, ultimately this retreat is crafted with you in mind. You are invited to take what you need and leave what you don’t throughout the weekend and will be lovingly encouraged to embrace full autonomy of your experience.

Practicing by candlelight, practitioners were guided into fully supported restorative postures while the resonant, healing tones of the harp helped soften the nervous system and quiet the mind.
