Congratulations, new mom! You and our body are incredible and amazing! But it can also feel a little overwhelming.

I see you!

Gentle, easeful movement and reconnection can help:

In the postpartum season you may experience:

  • Hormone imbalances
  • Hyperactive nervous system responses
  • Sleep deprivation resulting in spikes of cortisol (stress-hormone)
  • Physical aches and pains in neck and shoulders
  • Pelvic floor instability
  • Postpartum sciatica

Postnatal Yoga is designed with the new mom in mind, offering gentle, restorative movement and connection. It is an invitation to reintroduce you to your body and mind without judgement. Any movement is slow, intentional and utilizes blankets, blocks, and props to support your body and not ask too much of it too quickly. I also focus on nervous system resets through breathwork and guided rest.
