Welcome Guided Meditation Into Your Daily Routine 

A Daily Meditation Practice Can:

Meditation can feel very challenging and every day is different. Keeping an open mind to the process and the practice is essential to finding peace within. Some days our minds are still and other days it jumps around. This is completely normal. Meditation is not the absence of thinking, but rather the awareness of your present existence and an invitation to explore. 

My guided meditations are rooted in yogic philosophy and explore several limbs of yoga. All meditation sessions will include pranayama (controlled breathwork), relaxation techniques and concentration tools to assist you in your practice. I will guide you throughout your meditation journey, holding the space will you expand.
